Q: How can I customized a product?
After placing the order, choose a photo that you want to customized and send it to us through WhatsApp +60123113309 or find us on Insta: @weeeeeeeelab .
Q: How long will it take to customized a product?
We normally take 20 days to complete a product not included shipping time. If products with simpler design like words or self-portrait printing service will take 5-10 days to produce.
Urgent order can be accepted with additional fees and get the products within 5 days.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
West Malaysia: Free shipping for all products
East Malaysia: RM10
Singapore: RM30
For other countries, kindly contact with us before placing the orders.
Q: How long can I recieve the parcel after sending out?
West Malaysia: 3-5 working days
East Malaysia: 10 -14 working days
Singapore area: 5-8 working days
Other ountries : 10-20 working days
Q: Can I modify the illustration before printing out?
We will send you the illustration after our designer finished drawing the portrait.
Every illustration can be modify 1 time before producing.
Q: What if I only have separate photos, can you draw it into one portrait?
Yes. Depend on the difficulty of the photo, additional fees (from RM15+) will be needed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We suggest online bank transfer.
For those who need different payment methods such as Paypal/TnG/Alipay please contact us for more information.

Q: 請問製作時間需要多久呢？
一般畫像繪製時間+產品製作需要約20天（不含郵寄時間）
印製自畫像和文字款的產品約5-10天
急單繪製可在5天內完成，需額外費用
Q: 請問運費怎麼計算？
西馬：所有產品一律包郵
東馬：RM10
新加坡：RM30
其他國家地區，請先向客服詢問運費再確認訂單。
Q: 包裹寄出後多久可以收到呢？
西馬：3-5 工作天

Q: 請問畫像繪製好後可以修改嗎？
當設計師完成繪製後，我們會把畫像先發給你確認，也會在印製前提供一次修改畫像的機會。
Q: 如果我沒有適合的合照，可以用分開的照片拼接成畫像嗎？
可以的。我們會根據畫像的難易度額外一些拼接費用（RM15+）。
Q: 請問我該怎麼付款？
我們目前接受線上轉帳（Bank Transfer），如果你是外國人或有其他付款需求（Paypal/TnG/支付寶），請直接聯絡我們詢問詳情。
